Described as 'High End' in the specs, published by Engadget, the phone is expected to go on sale in April. It will run the latest Android Gingerbread software, with a capacitive 3.7-inch, 800x480-pixel touchscreen, a 5-megapixel rear camera and a 640x480-resolution front camera for video calls.
Following it up so soon with a Mini model might seem like a strange decision on Samsung's part, but hey, small-handed people can be impatient, right?
The Galaxy S2 Mini isn't the only device featuring on Three's roadmap, of course. Many we know about, but the other one that made us jump out of our seat was the Nokia X7, which is listed on the document with a June release.
We wrote about the X7 back in December, after photos appeared online of the device. Now Three has specced it out: the device will have a 4-inch nHD OLED screen, an 8-megapixel camera, HSDPA/HSUPA connectivity, 16GB of memory, HD video capabilities and a TV-out port. No, it won't run Windows Phone 7 -- it's a Symbian smart phone.
The leaked roadmap also promises a May debut for the HTC Flyer tablet, and a June on-sale date for the Wi-Fi-only BlackBerry PlayBook.
